Elena Mosuc, from Zurich to Moscow

[ Din categoria News ] [ Subcategorie Elena MoÈ™uc ] [ Data articol: 2013-12-27 ] [ Din localitatea Zurich ] [ Tara Elvetia ]   The soprano Elena Mosuc begins the year in her adopted city, Zurich, where she will perform at an opera soirée at the Kaufleuten cultural centre (7th January) dedicated to Donizetti�s queens, the leading ladies in her latest CD (Sony Classical). Known as the �belcanto diva par excellence" according to the Financial Times, Elena Mosuc will then travel to the Bucharest National Opera House (Romania) to take the role of Violetta Valéry, the leading lady of La Traviata (18th January). After that the Verona Friends of Music await her for a private concert that she will give at the Verona Philharmonic Theatre in Italy (26th January), before ending the month in Russia, where she has been invited to give a concert by the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, on the 31st January.
